Who rents corporate apartments?
Relocating employees, executive business travelers, families relocating and those waiting to build or buy a new home, "snowbirds" coming south to escape from the harsh northern winter months, major companies, traveling medical personnel.
What does the price include?
Furniture, housewares, linens, utilities, washer/dryer
Where are the corporate apartments located?
All of our apartments are in the South Tyler area close to shopping, restaurants, etc.
What items do I need to bring?
Everything you need to live day to day is provided for you. You only need to bring personal items such as pictures, a favorite throw or pillow, groceries and toiletries. Corporate Solutions provides enough housewares for your extended stay. If there is something additional needed, we will be happy to assist in providing the necessary items.
Do I have to sign a lease?
Our leases are month to month with a written 30 day cancellation notice required. If you require a shorter stay, we will charge a daily rate with a reservation.
Is there a security deposit or cleaning fee?
Yes, One Bedroom Apartments have a $100 refundable deposit (terms and conditions apply) and a $75 non-refundable cleaning fee. Two Bedroom Apartments have a $100 refundable deposit (terms and conditions apply) and a $85 non-refundable cleaning fee.
Do You Accept Pets?
Yes, 50 lb and under. Maximum 2 pets per unit - no exotic animals. Pet deposit pending approval of animals.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, checks and direct billing.
Is housekeeping provided?
Bi-weekly housekeeping provided for an additional fee.
