ETCS provides a variety of amenities, flexibility, and competitive rates offering much more sq.footage than the average hotel room.
Our month to month rentals remain set up and rented out on a first come first serve basis with a minimum 30 day occupancy requirement. Our apartments can be preleased up to 30 days in advance and rates will vary based on location and length of stay.
Pets are allowed in most units with a non-refundable pet fee and possible size/weight guidelines.
